Advice needed

Well I am thinking it may be time to embark on that lengthy task of registering for baby stuff. Everytime I think of walking into babies r us I get a bit anxious. It is so big and there is so much stuff. I have researched products and have an idea of what I need, but being a first time mom I would really like your input. If you have any suggestions, recommendations or things not to waste my time with I would appreciate it. Just leave me a comment saying products you love, or must haves or do nots. Really any input would be wonderful.
